All-Inclusive Weekend Package

The 1440 Work Well Weekend: Reboot & Refresh is all-inclusive, so you can focus on rest, renewal, learning and growth. This package includes:
  • Reboot & Refresh program workshops
  • Private overnight accommodations
  • All sustainable, locally sourced meals beginning with dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday
  • Three daily signature classes such as yoga, meditation, art, and movement activities (hiking, tai chi, and qigong)
  • Access to campus amenities including the infinity-edge hot tub, 4 miles of walking trails, and the fitness center
  • As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit campus, every booking at 1440 helps feed local families while providing grant resources and scholarship opportunities to those in need
About the Faculty

About the Faculty

Diane Flynn is Co-Founder and CEO of ReBoot Accel, designing work cultures that support and promote women and underrepresented groups. She consults with Fortune 500 companies on diverse and inclusive cultures, and co-authored The Upside, presenting the business case for diverse workplaces and best practices for tapping the potential of women. Diane facilitates workshops on professional presence and impact, and coaches leaders on maximizing results and finding personal fulfillment.
Diane previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of GSVlabs, a marketing executive at Electronic Arts, and an associate consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. She has spoken on Diversity, Ageism, and the Future of Work at venues including SXSW, Stanford GSB, and the Modern Elder Academy. She earned a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
