A magic sauce to use in a number of ways, this herb emulsion is a tasty dressing for grilled vegetables, pan-seared fish, and salads. It is also great as a marinade to enliven the taste of poultry, tofu, or you name it!
Ingredients
1 cup chives
1 cup oregano
1 cup parsley
1 cup cilantro
1 cup mint
1 cup thyme leaf
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
2 lemons, zested
4 cups olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and emulsify. Season with salt and refrigerate. It's that easy!
