Join us for Yoga for Gratitude, a class led by 1440 Experience Instructor Tricia Markovitz designed to help you move from negative to positive energy to spark change in your life. The session starts with a focus on connecting your body and breath, then moves into gentle stretches and slow movements. You are also invited to engage in simple yoga and balancing poses to build strength in your body and core. The class ends with a short meditation to bring in feelings of compassion and gratitude for yourself and others, helping clear your energy and set a positive tone for your day. This class is ideal for all yoga levels.
In preparation for this class, we recommend having a yoga mat, blanket or pillow and yoga blocks.
