Based on the Taoist tradition, Tao Yin (also known as Taoist Yoga) offers a rhythmic stretching and balance sequence to help you relax and re-energize. During this practice with 1440 Experience Instructor MaryTheresa Capriles, you're invited to open every part of your body from head to toe through a series of stretches, lunges and gentle twists that build on one another and expand with each round. Feel more awake and connected to your body and your breath after this practice, providing a foundation of energy for the rest of the day.
