Program Description

Sukha  is Sanskrit for happiness, ease, or bliss. In contrast to preya—a transient pleasure— sukha describes an authentic state of lasting happiness, sustainable in everyday life. Sounds good, right?

If you are ready to create a sense of enduring spaciousness throughout your body, heart, and mind, join yoga teacher and lifestyle coach Mary Beth LaRue as she guides you in the simple art of day-to-day openness and delight. Through a dynamic combination of movement, meditation, and conversation, you will:

  • Explore physical practices to embody your highest, most spacious self
  • Discover a unique take on “thoughtwork” and take self-inquiry to the next level
  • Practice guided meditation and journaling exercises to transform blocks into breakthroughs
  • Engage with Mary Beth in one-on-one coaching.

At the end of this immersive, joyful, and collaborative weekend workshop, you will embody an abiding, unfolded sense of self and renewable “good space” that you can carry everywhere you go.
