ALL WOMEN WELCOME

Women, it’s time to finally get real about committing to ourselves. To actually taking time for ourselves. To breathing in our vital presence and surroundings. To connecting with kindred women. To creating daily rituals that nurture our deepest true nature and turn on our bliss. We can go way beyond maintaining or sustaining. We can thrive.

Join life coaches Mary Beth LaRue and Jacki Carr for this transformational workshop. These two best friends cofounded Rock Your Bliss, a yoga-inspired self-development  company, to integrate their  values of community, authenticity, vulnerability, and curiosity. Mary Beth and Jacki help women design a life that truly rocks their bliss.

Through a dynamic combination of movement and meditation, you will:

  • Incorporate physical practices to embody your highest self
  • Explore a unique view of “thoughtwork” and take self-inquiry to the next level
  • Practice guided meditation and journaling exercises to transform blocks into breakthroughs.

In this immersive weekend of asana, meditation, and self-discovery, experience conscious conversation, flowing yoga practices, and open time to reflect and relax. Return home with daily grounding and heart-opening practices, clarity about the power in your perspective, a complete future vision, and a crafted legacy design.

This workshop is for any woman in need of ablissful retreat to nourish her total mind-body-heart connection and wanting to create lasting, vivacious happiness in everyday life.
