Wellness coach and yoga instructor James Higgins expertly guides you in this insightful, intentional, and meditative yoga practice weekend designed to engage you from the core of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual center. Through informed asana instruction, guided meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama, visualization, inspiration, and set restorative periods you will:

  • Release hidden tensions causing any physical or mental limitations, stress, pain, trauma, fatigue, depression, or hidden states of unhappiness
  • Engage in meditative rest to absorb and assimilate direction and clarity at the soul level
  • Practice tailored exercises for personal development and healing by establishing an authentic connection to your unique inspiration and wholeness
  • Explore asana sequences designed to expand the threshold of your ability to focus, release, surrender, celebrate, and restore.

This workshop is for anyone needing space to work things out, support in gaining clarity, a reinvigorated sense of purpose, or a good kick in the pants. Perfect for everyone looking for a weekend reset and retreat in the midst of everyday life.
