Pete Guinosso helps students connect with their hearts. For the last 10 years, he has been guiding students of all levels through a vigorous yoga practice with integrated breathwork and awareness. Known for his joyful energy, compassionate guidance, and sense of humor, Pete creates a spiritual, yet light-hearted, teaching environment.
His classes offer strong, vigorous sequencing grounded in breath and intention, always leaving room for playfulness and fun. His gentle guidance and intuitive assists allow students of all levels to step out of their comfort zones and find their own authentic path. Through his signature Lighting the Path teacher training, he guides students into their role as skilled, authentic yoga teachers and healers.
Pete draws on over 600 hours of training with renowned yoga instructor Ana Forrest, as well as his experience of over 25 years of running, cycling, and competitive sports. He also brings a sense of curiosity and wonder from his years as a scientist.
He tours internationally for workshops, festivals, trainings, and retreats, and he shares his love of travel and the outdoors through a wide range of yoga adventures around the world.s.View Bio Page
