Life’s demands make it hard for us to recognize what feels centered, what feels good. But the world needs you at your best—grounded, present, and powerful.
Join Adriene Mishler for a special weekend designed to balance, support, and inspire you to practice, play, and celebrate community. Reclaim your center, connect to the group energy, step out of your comfort zone, and cultivate a practice that truly serves you and your world.
Deepen your practice with yoga asana, meditation sessions, elements of developmental movement, and breathwork. You will also explore:
- The anatomy of your center of gravity—how to listen and respond to the body from there, and how to return to it when you’re off center
- Tips for creating a sustainable home practice that serves your needs and brings you closer to your goals
- How to use creativity to release tension and anxiety in order to experience ease and relaxation
- Spiraling into the present moment to find the power of stillness in both body and mind.
Understanding and embodying self-love is, in fact, your superpower.
