Program Description

The dream: you’re practicing yoga all the time, deepening your personal practice, and teaching inspired sequences that change your students’ lives forever.

Reality: You’re lucky to squeeze in a few practices a week, shuffling between studios while inhaling a protein bar, thinking of postures and sequences to teach this week.

Sound familiar? Come rediscover, reconnect, and reset with this S*it Just Got Real, Teacher Tune Up with Danni Pomplun, E-RYT 500. Discover how to continue showing up as a teacher as you:

  • Learn how to connect your studio classes to larger offerings so that all the workshops and retreats you teach will build on each other
  • Delve into the challenging world of cueing—how to get the words from your brain out of your mouth just right
  • Learn to employ language that is easy to understand for students of all levels, identify cues that can be tightened up, ditch your filler words, and find comfort in silence
  • Refine your hands-on approaches, whether you’re a master at adjustments or not, in a way that makes your students feel supported, safe, and encouraged to go deeper into their practice.

Together, dig deeper into important concepts as they relate to practice, with individualized attention and feedback within a functional, down-to-earth approach. Focus and empower your training with holistic techniques and tools to take your teaching to the next level for a more conscious, vibrant, and purposeful life.

    Danni Pomplun, E-RYT 500

    Yoga instructor and teacher trainer

Danni Pomplun is a registered yoga instructor and a member of the teacher-training faculty at Yoga Tree. Each class with Danni has a beat, a vibration, and a pulse. He hand-selects each of the songs for his classes to deepen students’ yoga experience. He teaches classes, retreats, immersion workshops, and teacher trainings locally, nationally, and around the world.

Danni believes that yoga is a metaphor for life—and that while yoga is about your own personal journey, it should be a fun one. Danni credits yoga with helping him to become healthy and opening his eyes to a world of positive opportunities after a tough childhood and young adult years blurred by frustration, drugs, alcohol, and a near-death brush with cancer.

Danni now shares what he’s learned with others, whether it’s on the mat or through his popular online yoga platform.

He works with students encouraging and empowering them to find their rhythm and connect to their truth through fun, engaging training that challenges them to test and expand their limits.
