Join global yoga warrior Janet Stone as she guides you through the expansive and soul-satisfying world of vinyasa. Enrich your days with asana, pranayama, meditation, and group activities—and discover plenty of space for rejuvenation, reflection, and connection with the natural world.

You will learn:

  • How to combine awareness with movement, breath, and sound in a vigorous yet elegant approach to vinyasa
  • Mantras and chants to open the heart, release the voice, connect to the divine, and cultivate an inspired community
  • How to release trauma and stoke the fires of joy, healing, and nourishment of body and soul
  • To cultivate the most beloved aspects of who you are, both on and off the mat.

    Janet Stone

    Yoga teacher

    Janet Stone is a San Francisco based vinyasa yoga teacher. After 11 years in the film industry in Los Angeles, Janet traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather, where she dedicated herself to conscious evolution through yoga.

    She blends the alchemy of her own practice with decades of studentship to create a unique vinyasa experience for her students. She and her writing have been featured in numerous print and online publications, including Yoga Journal, Origin, Mantra, MindBodyGreen, and Elephant Journal.

    She is creator of the app Yoga with Janet Stone. She has trained with a diversity of senior teachers, including Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea, Scott Blossom, John Friend, Sianna Sherman, Ana Forrest, Ramanand Patel, and Jai Uttal. She offers trainings, retreats, workshops, and more in San Francisco and throughout the world.
