Join global yoga warrior Janet Stone as she guides you through the expansive and soul-satisfying world of vinyasa. Enrich your days with asana, pranayama, meditation, and group activities—and discover plenty of space for rejuvenation, reflection, and connection with the natural world.
You will learn:
- How to combine awareness with movement, breath, and sound in a vigorous yet elegant approach to vinyasa
- Mantras and chants to open the heart, release the voice, connect to the divine, and cultivate an inspired community
- How to release trauma and stoke the fires of joy, healing, and nourishment of body and soul
- To cultivate the most beloved aspects of who you are, both on and off the mat.
This weekend will have you moving through the world with more clarity, vitality, and rapture.
