About Yoga, Purpose, and Action 2.0:

Are you an activist committed to justice or a yogi ready to discover and expand your purpose in the world? The cooperative power of dedication to activism and devotion to yoga practice can catalyze profound transformation and healing which the world desperately needs.

Join Off the Mat, Into the World (OTM) founders Seane Corn; Hala Khouri, MA, E-RYT; and Suzanne Sterling for a brand-new, 5-day Yoga, Purpose, and Action Leadership Intensive. With focus on collective liberation grounded in personal introspection, healing, and accountability, the OTM team will help you use your yoga practice as a conduit and complement to important activism work.

This refreshed, evolved OTM program will begin with personal inquiry about how life experiences shape our perspective. Then it will explore how to transform wounds into gifts, with a practical approach to taking action—all framed by the acknowledgement of the systemic issues that shape our worldview and actions.

You will receive complete training on:

  • Embodied Mysticism: a journey through the chakras with Seane
  • Trauma: personal, interpersonal, and systemic dynamics with Hala
  • Voice of Change: liberation, expression, and truth-telling with Suzanne
  • Embodied Social Justice: power, privilege, and positionality
  • Purpose and Action: exploring what conscious engagement looks like and the ingredients needed to sustain a life dedicated to justice for all beings

Special note:

The OTM team is committed to creating a space in which people of all genders, gender identities, races, abilities, body sizes, and sexual orientations feel included, and which is beneficial for experienced and budding activists alike.
