Join Lisa Rueff, yogi and humanitarian, for five days of soul nourishing in the heart of the California redwoods. Each day, you’ll be treated to Lisa’s unique combination of joyful, inspiring vinyasa-style yoga and nature-loving hiking accompanied by meditation, group discussion, art, and creative journaling.

In this retreat you will:

  • Practice heart-guided meditations to generate greater love and inspiration
  • Cultivate joy through a daily, uplifting yoga flow set to heart-opening and soul-elevating music
  • Reflect, heal, and rejuvenate yourself with ample time outdoors
