How do you tell your story? Regardless of what you’ve done, where you’ve come from, or who you are, your personal truth is important. For you. For others. For the entire world.
Join poet Alexandra Elle and yoga instructor Racheal Weathers for a weekend workshop centered on helping women discover their voice, speak their truth, and cultivate a state of meditation through authentic storytelling and journaling.
Through partner/group work, breakout writing sessions, individual and group journaling sessions, meditation, group discussion, physical movement, and time outdoors, you will learn:
To find your voice and share your stories through words, written reflection, and community
- To dig deeper through introspection, conversation, and community building to find and create your unique voices
- To share your stories through words and written reflection
- To use writing as a meditation practice and form of self-inquiry
- To more fully occupy your writing practice with consistency and authenticity.
Look forward to an exploration of writing as a vehicle for self-reflection. Share your deepest wisdom and leave more empowered to put your voice-your truth-out into the world.
Author, poet, and storyteller
Alexandra Elle is an author and poet with a passion for building community through storytelling, poetry, and narrative writing infused with life lessons and self-celebration through reading, writing, and language.
In her pre-teen years, writing came into her life by way of therapy and the exploration of healing. Many years later, Alex is sharing her voice and words across the globe in the form of self-love and self-care.
Alexandra founded her blog, Another Sunday, in 2015 as a creative outlet to celebrate her voyage through entrepreneurship, motherhood, minimalism, self-care, and everything else in between. Another Sunday was created to inspire and give readers beautiful imagery while reading and tagging along, one day at a time.
In addition to Another Sunday, Alex Elle is a full-time small business owner whose career focuses heavily on writing and self-celebration. She lives in the Washington, DC, metro area with her husband and daughter.View Bio PageRacheal Weathers
