Are there some foods you wish you wanted less and others you wish you wanted more? Are you confused about what’s actually “healthy”? Or do you know what’s healthy but are controlled by cravings that keep you from eating that way? Are you tired of using food to self-soothe?

Shift how you eat and transform how you live in this extended program with Eric Edmeades, pioneer in the food revolution and founder of WildFit, and holistic nutritionist and wellness coach Ariel Richards, RHN. This weekend is part of a 90-day program that will start six weeks before the retreat and continue for six weeks after. During those 90 days, you’ll also be connected via video calls to the other program participants for support the entire way.

Based on nutritional science and mindset- and behavior-change principles, eating the WildFit way will help you:

  • Permanently end sugar cravings (Yes, really. NONE.)
  • Achieve deep, restful sleep and glowing skin
  • Increase your energy and vitality in order to live more fully in the world
  • Become smarter about food and what’s “healthy”
  • Release excess weight once and for all.

During the in-person workshop at 1440, you’ll dive deeper into understanding the program, how to prepare food, what to cook, and how to make this transformational approach to health a lifestyle.
