Yoga expert and author Sadie Nardini, joined by special rock star guests, will lead you in her signature Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga classes—the first vinyasa classes designed to give you twice the physical benefit as other yoga styles.

    Sadie Nardini

    Author and wellness and yoga expert

    Sadie Nardini is a wellness and yoga expert and the founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga‰—specific movements, postures, and sequences that bring the body into more core-generated alignment, improving safety and stability while causing a more efficient total body-mind transformation.

    She is a biomechanics, physics, and anatomy geek who travels internationally bringing inspired lifestyle tools and her unique yoga approach to yoga practitioners and teachers everywhere. She is the author of The 21-Day Yoga Body, and has a TV show, Rock Your Yoga, on the Veria Living Network.

    Sadie is on the faculty at the Omega Institute and the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and tours with the Yoga Journal Conferences. She is an ‰”ultimate wellness and yoga expert‰” for the Dr. Oz‰–based website Sharecare.
