Program Description

What do we want more than happiness? We all long for it. It’s the core desire underneath all of our searching. The thing we look for, only to realize it can’t be found “out there.”

In this 5-day workshop, former monk Caverly Morgan uses meditation, guided imagery, experiential exercises, journaling, and group discussion to illuminate the happiness that can only come from within.

Founded in the revolutionary understanding that your true nature is wholeness, awareness, and unconditional love, The Bridge to Happiness guides you through a five-step process to:

  • Direct the Attention
  • Recognize the Conditioned Mind
  • Access the Compassionate Mentor Within
  • Move Beyond the Duality of Self and Life
  • Know Yourself as Awareness

Stop striving and searching-discover a contemplative practice to ignite joy and align every aspect of your life with your deepest realization. Come wake up to your true nature and watch your life transform.

    Caverly Morgan

    Meditation teacher, changemaker, visionary

Caverly Morgan is a meditation teacher, social activist, and the founder and executive director of Presence Collective, dedicated to igniting personal transformation and collective awakening.

Caverly’s meditation practice began in 1995 with eight years in a silent monastery. She began teaching in 2001-her practice and instruction blend the original spirit of Zen with a modern, nondual approach.

She is the founder, executive director, and guiding lead teacher of Peace in Schools-a nonprofit which created the nation’s first for-credit mindfulness class in public high schools. An artist and educator, she brings insight, passion, warmth, and humor to her transformative work with students of all ages and experience levels.

Caverly leads meditation retreats, workshops, and classes around the United States, and speaks publicly at conferences on topics including contemplative practice, social entrepreneurship, authentic leadership, and mindfulness education. She has been featured in publications such as Mindful magazine and the New York Times.

Dedicated to actualizing possibility, serving love, and embodying the truth of interconnection, Caverly invites you to join her in realizing an awakened world.

    • You realize happiness can't be found externally. You've read inspiring books by great teachers. You've resonated with their wisdom. And yet you struggle to live by these truths in your daily life. Put down the books and align your life with your deepest understanding.
