Awakening the Creative
The Painting Experience
October 1 - 6, 2017
Sunday - Friday, 5 nights
Plus 5 nights all-inclusive accommodations priced separatelyRegistration Closed
Embark on a life-changing adventure where the experience of creating art is more important than the outcome. Enter a world of spontaneous creation, where traditional rules do not apply and where you will discover how to embrace your own creative path and confidently follow it.
In a respectful and nurturing environment, artist and process painting expert Stewart Cubley will gently guide you on the path toward greater inspiration, creativity, growth, and change. Using the powerful tools of “process art,” you will focus on the creative process—not on technique or previous experience—as you:
- Discover and reveal a spontaneous, creative voice that’s entirely your own
- Trust your intuitive perception and ignore the mind’s critical chatter
- Follow your energy rather than being tempted to paint what looks good or makes sense
- Overcome blocks by decoding and embracing their hidden message.
Artists at all levels of experience are welcome, including those who have never picked up a paintbrush. Your work will not be judged, nor will it be compared to others students. Instead, you will be given the tools and space to meet your own creative voice and follow it where it takes you.
