There are three treasures to success in life: Determination, Passion, and Desire. Living by these three rules, character designer extraordinaire Stephen Silver has carved a thriving career working for countless animation studios and teaching all over the world.

Come be inspired and empowered by one of the most prolific character designers today. Learn artistic and professional industry secrets directly from a master of animation and an expert in the art of teaching drawing and the drawing mindset.

You will motivate the artist within you, develop a keen observing eye, and learn how to design animated characters and draw people from observation. You will engage in:

  • Drawing exercises and sketching people to develop and broaden your skills
  • Art group discussions about the art journey to delve deeper into your practice and draw inspiration from others
  • Drawing hikes to hone your observation skills and challenge your drawing muscle with a variety of subjects
  • Meditation sessions to connect to your passion and ground your creative spirit.

You will discover your true artistic purpose, learn what it takes to become a full-time professional working artist, and acquire the skill set you need to design characters for any type of project. You will also take home any artwork you produce.
