Program Description

The human body is a home filled with doorways into the enlightened state. The greatest of these is the inner heart, which is not only each person’s emotional center but also the direct path to connecting to the universal.

Join beloved author and meditation teacher Sally Kempton in an intensive and highly experiential weekend to practice directly and deeply opening your  heart into transformation. Sally will guide you through a series of powerful, immersive contemplations, and you’ll:

  • Learn deep meditation techniques including mantra, visualization, and powerful breath practices
  • Discover processes to directly unblock the emotional heart
  • Explore how meditation teaches and promotes self-love
  • Locate the sacred heart within your human body.

This uniquely warm and supportive workshop offers essential insight into the profound relationship between the physical heart and the mystical heart. Unify and expand the full heart’s capacity for illumination through the wisdom of an ancient tradition. Clear unwanted emotional blocks and directly experience what it means to speak from the heart.

Return home with lifelong tools to recognize the thoughts and ideas that keep you closed. Instead, consciously choose words and thoughts that unfurl the heart. Nurture a living foundation of compassion, joy, and enlightenment for yourself, and be in service to all.
