Disconnect to Connect
A Mindfulness Weekend for the Tech immersed
December 15 - 17, 2017
Friday - Sunday, 2 nights
Plus 2 nights all-inclusive accommodations priced separatelyRegistration Closed
We’re all familiar with the saying, “Don’t just sit there, do something!” But where is all this “doing” getting us?
In this fast-paced digital age, where we are inundated with a constant stream of information, it is easy to get distracted and forget who we really are. This sense of busyness can impact our work, health, and personal relationships.
Apple cofounder and meditator, Steve Jobs said that when your mind is calm, “your intuition starts to blossom, and you start to see things more clearly, and be in the present more.”
Soren Gordhamer, founder of Wisdom 2.0, the premier gathering exploring living mindfully in the digital age, takes his cue from Jobs in this weekend of mindfulness for those in the tech industry.
- Unhook from your phone
- Learn mindfulness practices to connect with your mind, body, and heart
- Begin to listen to your inner wisdom as it guides you to see things more clearly
- See what you discover when you connect with yourself, others, and nature
- Engage in practices that combat stress, anxiety, and burnout.
This weekend is geared toward those who work in tech or spend most of their day with technology. No previous experience is necessary.
