Program Description

Why slow down and focus on your well-being when you’re so busy? Because deep down you know what you want. You just need to figure out how to get there. Whether it’s meaningful work, amazing relationships, real community, or just focusing more on what matters most—an easier and more joyful way is right in front of you.

Christine Carter, PhD, a sociologist, executive coach, and award-winning author of The Sweet Spot can coach you towards your best life in real time.

Busy people struggle with similar challenges. We get overwhelmed but have trouble saying no. We care for everyone before ourselves. We compare ourselves to others and feel like we aren’t good enough.

During this uplifting workshop, through a combination of the latest scientific research and proven, effective techniques you will:

  • Explore the three myths blocking health and productivity
  • Master the three counterintuitive, science-based keys to happiness
  • Practice positive ways to communicate, relate, and resolve conflict
  • Discover practical skills for getting more done in less time
  • Tailor a personal plan that outlines your path to success at home and work.

In this warm and supportive workshop utilizing interactive lecture, Q&A, discussion, meditation, reflection, and partner work, you will gain all the tools you need to overcome stress, perfectionism, and relationship conflicts.

Stop questioning yourself in your career, parenting, marriage, and priorities. Start creating the life you’ve always wanted. Return home with a heightened sense of control, deeper self-acceptance, and a greater ability to live your most authentic life.

Even through all the hectic and uncertain change life throws at us, the good news is your “sweet spot”—that place of power and ease—is always completely within your reach.
