Many of us struggle with anxiety, depression, guilt, unworthiness, relationship failure, emptiness, power struggles, and addiction. We can so easily turn to alcohol, drugs, sex, money, and relationships to fill up and feel better—but we still feel miserable. Without help, we often don’t know that the real issue is self-abandonment.
Join relationship expert and cocreator of Inner Bonding® Margaret Paul, PhD, for an engaged, experiential workshop on this unique six-step psychological, emotional, and spiritual process.
Take home a powerful, life-changing road map for understanding the causes of your pain. Over the course of a weekend, we will explore how to:
- Rapidly heal false beliefs about yourself, others, and Spirit
- Self-heal anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, anger, emptiness, and loneliness
- Move beyond self-judgment into self-compassion and heal the resistance that may be keeping you stuck
- Practice this process daily to gradually move out of feeling like a victim and into personal power
- Heal relationship conflicts and attain the intimacy you’ve always wanted.
Through lecture, visualizations, discussion, experiential processes in small groups, and demonstrations, you will learn how to love yourself and take responsibility for your own feelings—rather than abandon yourself—and connect with your personal source of spiritual guidance to access your deepest truth and engage in loving actions.
