    Devaa Haley Mitchell, DMin

    Spiritual leader, cofounder of the Shift Network

    Reverend Devaa Haley Mitchell is a transformational leader and soul midwife who supports people in reconnecting with their spiritual depths, unleashing their leadership gifts, and stepping into their full potential. She is cofounder of the Shift Network and founder of the Inspiring Women Summit—which has served over 120,000 women from more than 160 countries.

    The Shift Network has served more than 700,000 people worldwide, delivering virtual summits, courses, and trainings featuring more than 50 core faculty and 1,000 thought leaders in topics across spirituality, peace, holistic health, psychology, parenting, enlightened business, shamanism, indigenous wisdom, and sustainability.

    Devaa holds a doctorate in ministry from Wisdom University and is an interfaith minister, focalizer of the 13 Moon Mystery School, and a member of Evolutionary Leaders. She served as the founding executive director of the Full Circle Fund and was also a management consultant to Fortune 500 companies with the Boston Consulting Group.

    As a passionate activist and humanitarian, Devaa volunteers with many service projects: music director for San Quentin Prison’s Parallel Play Project; supporting survivors of sexual violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo; bringing clean water systems to Ecuador and India; and developing capacity-building activities for service providers working with children with HIV in Ethiopia.

    Recognizing that who we are in the world is equally important to what we do, Devaa supports all audiences and clients in cultivating their soulful presence and open heart and offers a space for transformation through her ongoing trainings, mentorship, and spiritual community.

    Stephen Dinan

    Cofounder and CEO of the Shift Network

    Stephen Dinan is the cofounder and CEO of the Shift Network and a member of both the Transformational Leadership Council and Evolutionary Leaders.

    Founded in 2010, the Shift Network has served more than 700,000 people worldwide, in 150 countries. It delivers virtual summits, courses, and trainings featuring more than 50 core faculty and 1,000 thought leaders in topics across spirituality, peace, holistic health, psychology, parenting, enlightened business, shamanism, indigenous wisdom, and sustainability.

    Stephen helped create and then direct the Esalen Institute’s Center for Theory & Research, a think tank for leading scholars, researchers, and teachers to explore human-potential frontiers. As the former director of membership and marketing at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, he was the driving force behind the Shift in Action program and the One Minute Shift media series.

    He is a featured speaker at global conferences, events, radio programs, and online summits including the World Cultural Forum in China, the Alliance for a New Humanity in Costa Rica, Renovemos Mexico in Mexico City, and the University of Cuenca in Ecuador. He is the author of Sacred America, Sacred World: Fulfilling Our Mission in Service to All and Radical Spirit.
