Change is the universal constant. Even when we don’t want it. We know this, but actually coping in the face of unexpected or unwelcome challenges can feel impossible in the moment. It’s not. Develop adaptive strategies and calm flexibility across small disappointments to full-blown disasters with personal development expert Linda Graham, MFT, in a step-by-step process to strengthen the inherent resilience of your whole being.
Over the weekend, deepen self-compassion and empathy as you learn:
- Practices for relaxation, mindfulness, empathy, and forgiveness
- Problem-solving and risk-taking strategies to deal with any difficulty
- Practical tools to shift automatic responses out of contraction or reactivity and into receptivity, openness, and larger perspective
- How to reduce the impacts of stress and trauma.
Get what you need to find calm, clarity, and courage in the midst of any adversity—from a small wobble to genuine sorrow or struggle—and tap into the inherent reserves of strength and wisdom essential to recovering from any trauma and at the heart of any transformative process.
Informed by modern neuroscience, relational psychotherapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion, this workshop gives you the tools to recover inner stability, bolster confidence, and truly thrive.
