We all deserve to feel happy and free. We all want to be relaxed and confident day-to-day. But sometimes we need a little help along the way to get there. Join Amy B. Scher for an immersive healing experience based on her wildly popular and award-winning How to Heal Yourself approach. For the first time in a retreat setting, take part in a guided journey through Amy’s powerful anxiety-release methods.
By healing herself when no one else could and helping others do the same with her method, Amy has become an expert in identifying what energies need to be cleared for true healing.
Her blend of powerful techniques empower you to:
- Identify root origins of anxiety and the tools to address them head on
- Integrate mind-body healing to clear stuck emotion as a necessary complement to medical and therapeutic processes
- Utilize practices to break through harmful beliefs and blocks to healing
- Retrain the body’s fear response for the daily embodiment of freedom and joy.
Over this enriching weekend, Amy will share her successful process for releasing anxiety and lead healing sessions for permanent liberation from anxiety and worry. She’ll use her proven energy-based approaches: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Thymus Test & Tap, The Sweep, and fear reprogramming.
Join the thousands of people Amy has helped heal with her unique expertise—to discover that anxiety is not a chronic condition, but rather a manifestation of outdated energetic and emotional patterns wanting to be acknowledged and gently released.
