Program Description

When we live in touch with our most expansive self, our best path forward is intuitively obvious. Our inner resources are agile. We are fully present in the existing moment. We embody freedom.

Join master coach Scott Schwenk for a dynamic 5-day meditation retreat exploring the terrain of living freedom. Approach and explore in four key areas: Waking Up, Growing Up, Cleaning Up, and Showing Up. Expand your inner resources as you become more adept at soothing your nervous system, recognizing the one conscious force that ties us all together, and learning to find joy without requiring the outer world to be different.

Through progressive Tantric meditations, Ecstatic Breathwork practice, empowered mantra practice, and lectures and discussions, you’ll explore what it means to go deeper in meditation, expand intuitive insight about your own practices and development, and unpack the underpinnings of Eastern and Western meditation philosophies.

With community and guidance, you will:

  • Deepen your capacity to live, work, and play in flow-states
  • Dissolve historic tensions in your body, mind, and emotions, breaking free from imprints of past experience
  • Expand your perspective and develop embodied compassion
  • Access an expanded state of consciousness beyond your rational, thinking mind.

    Scott Schwenk

    Master coach, meditation teacher

Born with intense empathy and clairaudience (intuitive hearing), coach and teacher Scott Schwenk sought understanding and freedom at every turn. Having spent several years studying in a Hindu-Tantric monastery in his mid-twenties, Scott has cultivated a number of long apprenticeships in leadership development, Tantric meditation/philosophy, spiritual awakening, Vedic ritual, and later-stage adult ego development.

In the private sector, the bulk of Scott’s work is private coaching of worldwide clients in Waking Up, Growing Up, Cleaning Up, and Showing Up. He teaches weekly meditation classes for Unplug Meditation and Wanderlust Hollywood in Los Angeles, as well as at Wanderlust Festivals around the world.
