We find what we seek. When we look for darkness we find it, but when we look for light, that commitment illuminates the way to true radiance. Our choices plant a seed that shapes our individual tree of life. How do we plant a seed of light? By including the benefit of others in our thoughts and actions. Join the founder of The Kabbalah Centre International, Karen Berg, and the creator of Dance of Liberation, Parashakti, to tap into the vastness of your spiritual potential and live a life of joy, vitality, and purpose.
You will be guided step-by-step through meditation, group process, gentle yoga, dance, nature walks, breathwork, art, and journaling in this powerful and dynamic awakening in consciousness and transformative soul expression.
Over the course of this seven-step, life-changing program rooted in the power of movement and the ancient wisdom of Kabbalah, you will:
- Open your spiritual vision to the light in all things
- Set inspired intentions before every action
- Learn to create harmonious relationships
- Uncover inherent, all-powerful senses beyond the physical
- Root your awakened consciousness with shamanic dance practice
- Integrate body and soul to give shape to your purpose
- Discover the fire of authentic self and dance to the rhythms of your liberated spirit.
Each of the Seven Foundations explores the spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental meaning and power of identifying one’s neshama—“soul call.” This beautiful work sheds inhibition and heightens inner awareness. Step beyond your conscious fears and limitations to allow your innermost creativity to break free.
