Program Description

Set yourself up for a great year by diving deep into your body, mind, and heart in a Bhakti Flow Yoga New Year’s retreat with teacher Rusty Wells.

With Bhakti Flow Yoga, a nonsectarian spiritual practice that focuses on the whole being, you will tap into your abundant reservoir of inspiration. Beginning with a clear intention to let go of what no longer serves you, you will experience the healing potential of practicing yoga with unconditional love and devotion.

You will learn:

  • How to listen and love better
  • To lead others in a lifestyle of well-being and purpose
  • Creative sequences with focus on energy awareness and breathwork
  • Sacred songs to enjoy in a group or in your personal practice.

As you develop and apply yourself to your own practice, you find the confidence it takes to share the teachings with your most authentic voice and in harmony with your unique life experiences. Come prepared to awaken to the call of compassionate service and soften the heart while you sweat and sing.

    Rusty Wells

    Yoga teacher

Bhakti Flow is based on the philosophy that through the practice of yoga we are also practicing unconditional love and devotion, through which we can heal ourselves and therefore reduce suffering in the interconnected world we are all part of. Rusty‰’s popular classes and teacher trainings are an experiential explosion of music, sweat, joy, stillness, and energy.

He has been featured in numerous publications, including Yoga Journal, Yogi Times, Breathe Magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, Bay Guardian, SF Weekly, and San Francisco Magazine.
