Program Description

Immerse yourself in a beautiful weekend of breathing, yoga, dancing and exploring self-healing practices with yoga teacher and sound healer Wah!   As detailed in her books Healing: A Vibrational Exchange and Dedicating Your Life to Spirit, these practices are joyful, easy and transforming.

Learn new ways to create spiritual and self-connection and re-ignite your inspiration to take better care of yourself energetically and spiritually.  Come with a friend or partner and raise your energy together.

You will enjoy:

  • Morning movement (wear loose clothing) and breathing
  • Afternoon chanting, toning (singing one note), meditation, dialogue and discussion
  • Talks about self-care, self-healing, and other practices for stress reduction
  • Participatory exercises to explore self-connection and sound through singing and sound meditation
  • Hiking, healing treatments, and time to yourself during the afternoon of New Year’s Eve, to renew your energy and integrate the morning’s work.

You’ll ring in the New Year with Wah in a high-energy kirtan and start off the new year with an open heart and brighter spirit.

    Wah!

    Wah! teaches women’s leadership trainings, sound healing workshops, yoga teacher trainings, and performs healing concerts in planetariums and theaters throughout the United States.

    The first female to bring kirtan music (call-and-response chanting performed in India’s devotional traditions) to the West in the 1990’s, Wah! has been playing bass guitar with her wildly joyful rock band throughout the world and at yoga festivals and centers since 1997. She has also consistently offered music and albums to the therapeutic market.

    Her lectures on receptivity have been welcomed at universities including Princeton as well as conferences across the country. Her many CDs include Savasana (with more than 70,000 copies sold worldwide) and she is author of the book and CD Healing: A Vibrational Exchange.
