Program Description

Do you lose sight of yourself the moment that someone you love expresses a need or desire of their own?

You might start out anchored in your sense of self, but someone else’s waves can easily throw you off course. What if you could have the love you’ve always wanted withoutlosing yourself, working so hard or feeling like you’re being suffocated? Great news: You can…. but you’ll need to do something pretty counterintuitive.

Join master coach and best-selling author, Nancy Levin, MFA, for a 5-day exploration into the vital act of reclaiming selfish! We need to get out of that old familiar double-bind: If I please myself, I disappoint you.

Through journaling, experiential exercises and processes, and direct coaching you’ll dive deep in order to:

  • Stop people-pleasing and putting your worthiness in the hands of others
  • Set healthy boundaries and say “No”
  • Examine the excuses you use to avoid creating the life you really want
  • Be willing to see yourself as worthy of abundance in all its forms
  • Live in alignment with your truth and desire—on your own terms.

Redefining selfish begins with being willing to believe you are worthy of receiving. We have to create the foundation of our own self-care—no one will do that for us. When we don’t take care of ourselves, we’re more likely to slip into resentment. But if we can come to another person from the place of already feeling full and filled within, we’re going to have so much more available to give.
