Do you struggle with feelings or symptoms you can’t explain?
In this weekend workshop, Mark Wolynn, author of the award-winning IT DIDN’T START WITH YOU (Penguin 2017) , shows you how the suffering of your parents and grandparents, can live in your unexplained depression, anxiety, financial challenges, unhappy relationships, and even physical symptoms.
Through interactive group work and family constellations, this experiential workshop will show you how to:
- Become a detective of your family history, uncovering the traumatic events that can affect health, success, vitality, and relationships
- Interpret the clues in your words, feelings, symptoms, and behaviors that link to unresolved traumas
- Use dialogue, imagery, ritual, healing sentences, and other tools based in neuroscience designed to break the cycle.
Don’t allow the past to control the present. Experience effective ways to break inherited patterns so you can live a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life.
