You will learn:

  • How the brain controls the stress and relaxation responses
  • The relationship between the central nervous system and stored stress
  • Easy-to-learn practices for overriding the stress response
  • Guided meditations for recovering from stressful situations and creating positive outcomes in all aspects of life.

Whether you deal with work, family, or health stress, this workshop gives you a deeper understanding of the role your thoughts play in the physical manifestations of stress on your body.

    Founder of the Neurosculpting® Institute

    Lisa Wimberger is the founder of the Neurosculpting Institute. She holds a masters degree in education from the Stony Brook University, a Foundations Certification in NeuroLeadership, and a certificate in Medical Neuroscience.

    She is the author of New Beliefs, New Brain: Free Yourself from Stress and Fear, and Neurosculpting: A Whole-Brain Approach to Heal Trauma, Rewrite Limiting Beliefs, and Find Wholeness.
