Program Description

It’s clear that unconscious leadership is not sustainable. Coaches are discovering that in order to change unwanted patterns in business and leadership, you must address two things: content and, even more importantly, context—the consciousness from where the content is discussed.

Join Diana Chapman and Jim Dethmer, authors of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, for a course for coaches that will forever change the way you understand leadership. Any one of the 15 commitments will change your life. All of them together are revolutionary.

This weekend, you will significantly up-level the results and benefits you bring to your clients by learning:

  • Tools to help leaders and their teams shift context from fear and victimhood to trust and responsibility so that challenges can be resolved easily
  • The most effective ways to implement strategies from the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership
  • How to uncover your unique genius
  • A new relationship to time and money where there is always enough.

This is a highly experiential training, and you will never see leadership in the same way after this weekend. Take home a refreshed approach to your coaching along with an abundance of practical tools you can use immediately with your clients.
