Program Description

The parent-daughter relationship can shape a woman’s life in enormous ways. And the healing of a woman’s complicated ties with one or both parents can awaken tremendous, life-changing transformation.

Join Hope Edelman, MA, and Kelly Carlin, MA, for a 5-day workshop to facilitate self-love, freedom of expression, and a renewed sense of empowerment for women of all ages. By deeply exploring your relationships with both your mother and father, you’ll unpack familial and cultural limitations that have kept you feeling exiled from yourself, compelled to seek love and approval in unhealthy ways, and blocked from your potential.

Through writing, imagination exercises, movement, quiet contemplation, and storytelling, Hope and Kelly will help you move toward healing and boldly call you forth into your true brilliance. Examining the mother-line will expand your ability for self-love and belonging, while exploring the daughter/father dynamic will help you gain a new sense of power, voice, and courage.

With gentle guidance, you will:

  • Allow yourself to feel your truest hidden needs and desires
  • Identify your triggers and learn strategies to stay on course
  • Spark renewed confidence to do your work in the world
  • Acknowledge and heal your relationship with both your inner mother and inner father.
