It’s a common trap: “I’ll be happy when…
I find a great relationship…
I get out of this job, etc…”
Then we get that relationship, job, or improved circumstance, and what happens next? Before long, our happiness recedes right back into the future.
Laura Delizonna, PhD, positive psychology specialist and executive coach, brings you research-proven techniques to cultivate happiness NOW—no life changes, makeovers, or big external transitions necessary. In this weekend of peer discussion, outdoor meditation, reflection, journaling, and one-on-one sharing, you will learn:
- Well-researched techniques from the innovative field of positive psychology
- The causal relationship between happiness and achieving greater wealth and higher performance, health, resilience to stress, and positive relationships
- How to use habit-design to create an action plan for building new mental habits in daily life and transforming relationships
- How to approach happiness as a way of being and live wholeheartedly with depth and meaning.
In the words of the Dalai Lama, “Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.” Whether you feel great but aim to soar higher, are in the midst of troubling times, seek greater emotional mastery, or want additional science-based practices in your toolbox, this deep-dive workshop will up-level your ability to thrive in relationships, career, and life.
