Program Description

Your voice has tremendous healing power. Come as you are to chant, sound, breathe, whisper, roar, laugh, and resonate your way to bliss.

Just as practicing yoga postures cultivates strength and flexibility of body, mind, and heart, practices of breathing, chanting, intoning, and speaking can increase calm, creativity, and mental and emotional courage.

Join Jurian Hughes, MFA, E-RYT 500, founder and teacher of the Yoga of Voice, for an inspiring, eye- and heart-opening program.

You will explore:

  • Fun, accessible tools to find and release your unique voice with ease
  • How to develop a more resonant, responsive, wide-ranging voice
  • Opening and strengthening your solar plexus and throat—the energy centers of the body related to personal power and communication
  • Playful coupling of yoga postures, movement, and sound to tap into your own hidden creative resources.

Free your voice and access the potency and healing sensation of producing un-self-conscious sound, and recognize the unmistakable vibration of truth in your body. You will take home practices to stay connected to the endless well of joy that lives in your soul.
