We are all born in the image and likeness of God, the Happening who happens as all happening. The image is a given; the likeness is a choice. We each have the capacity to act with compassion, but we often lack the insight and will to do so.
Rabbi Rami writes, “Religions are like languages: no language is true or false; all languages are of human origin; each language reflects and shapes the civilization that speaks it […] Judaism is my mother tongue, yet in matters of the spirit I strive to be multi-lingual. In the end, however, the deepest language of the soul is silence.”
In this inspiring and practical exploration of the art of loving kindness with Rabbi Rami, we will learn:
- The tools we need to realize the divinity of self and other
- Practices for manifesting godliness in our own lives
- Thirteen attributes of lovingkindness in the context of interspirituality.
Strengthen your capacity for lovingkindness in a community of seekers as together we explore teachings and practices from many of the world’s religions to cultivate compassion, grace, patience, and forgiveness and their necessity in the world today.
