Most of us have spontaneous intuitions, premonitions, or gut feelings we look back on and wish we’d heeded. If we can listen to them, these insights help us prepare for—or avoid—a particular reality. Futurist author and researcher Julia Mossbridge, PhD, describes how controlled precognition is a technical skill you can cultivate intentionally to receive information about future events when and where you want. In this experiential workshop, Dr. Mossbridge will share her techniques for learning controlled precognition—with minimal lecture and abundant direct practice.
Dr. Mossbridge brings a wise, practical, and encouraging teaching style and will guide hands-on “lab” experimentation. Explore:
- The scientific basis for precognition, retrocausality, and mental time travel
- Which intuitive experiences are genuine precognition
- How to practice “time travel therapy” for yourself
- What a “Positive Precog” can do in service to the greater good
- How to create a path for your own future.
Our everyday conscious minds experience life flowing linearly through what we call the past, present, and future. Dr. Mossbridge teaches how our mental processes actually interact with all the events that take place in time—whether we are aware of it or not. Harness your conscious power to navigate toward the experiences, and life, that you really want.
Connect to your future selves and love your past selves, hone your precognitive abilities, and ground your spontaneous intuition in the everyday through a combination of scientific training and a deeply spiritual framework. Gain the understanding and skills to employ this practical and useful tool in all areas of your professional and personal life.
Julia Mossbridge, PhD
Cognitive neuroscientist and precognition researcher
Julia Mossbridge is a futurist trained in cognitive neuroscience and the founder and research director of Mossbridge Institute. Dr. Mossbridge is also a visiting scholar in the psychology department at Northwestern University, a fellow at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), the science director at [email protected] Labs, and an associated full professor in integral and transpersonal psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
She is best known for her work on presentiment and precognition. Her research interests are: time and the unconscious mind, intuition, dreaming, soundscape influence on mood, and models of transformation and transcendence. Her focus is on teaching and learning about love and time through speaking, project leadership, conducting research, and coaching technology executives and engineers.
Julia is currently engaged in four love-centered projects:
- LOVING AI, a project designed to bring unconditional love into artificial intelligence (especially artificial general intelligence)
- A project examining whether hypnosis can be used to induce a state of unconditional love
- The Calling, her current book project about how love gets translated into life purpose
- Consciously bringing unconditional love into the lives of the tech workers and executives she coaches.
Recipient of the Charles Honorton Integrative Contributions Award, she is the author of The Calling and Unfolding: The Perpetual Science of Your Soul’s Work. She is coauthor, with Theresa Cheung, of The Premonition Code and coauthor, with Imants Baruss, of Transcendent Mind: Rethinking the Science of Consciousness.View Bio Page
