Kundalini is an ancient technology that uses a collection of yoga-based methodologies to awaken human consciousness to its highest potential.
The word yoga means to create a union or connection between this physical world and the spiritual realms to produce change. Join master teacher Guru Sigh—whose teachings are inspired by Paramahansa Yogananda and Yogi Bhajan, with whom he studied for 35 years—for a joy-filled, inspiring, enlightened, and stimulating program.
Through the science of Kundalini Yoga, you will learn to:
- Enhance your physical, emotional, and mental flexibility
- View life and live from a variety of angles in each moment
- Overcome disruptive habits and replace them with positive alternatives
- Release stagnant memories that can hold you back from accomplishing your goals of happiness and fulfillment.
An awakened state of consciousness can be reached through Kundalini Yoga—this weekend you will work toward achieving your healing goal of reaching a higher level of consciousness. Through asanas (postures), kriyas (flows), meditation, and changing, you will increase your intuition and create an approach to life that works.
