Join wellness coach and yoga instructor James Higgins for a mindful, insightful, and skillful meditative yoga practice weekend designed to engage you from the core of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual center.
Through informed asana instruction, guided meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama, imagery and visualization, psychological inspiration, and periods of restorative rest, you will explore:
- Moderately challenging asana sequences—within your capacity but designed to explore the threshold of your ability to focus, engage, release, let go, enjoy, and rest in a good-hearted way
- Periods of meditative rest to support you in taking the necessary time to absorb and assimilate the deep work and gain clarity about your life direction
- Discovering dormant resources of your inherent goodness through the gift of grace to lead the way through any resistances that may arise
- Softening further into love, care, and kindness as the foundations of our spiritual work as yogis.

James Higgins is a globally renowned yoga instructor from the San Francisco Bay Area who has taught for more than two decades. He travels throughout Europe teaching a unique, appealing, challenging style of meditative hatha vinyasa yoga practice grounded in spiritual care.
With a strong emphasis on the integration of physical, mental, and emotional wellness, each of his classes holds the intention for peaceful healing and conscious evolution. His style is informed by the long-term, dedicated study of deep spirituality and a personal yoga practice interwoven with Vipassana meditation experience.
James uses Buddhist wisdom, positive psychology, mindful insight, personal development, and conscious leadership to craft a journey that invites students to experience the very best of themselves in body, mind, and spirit.
