Program Description

Many of us are fraught with anxiety about our past and future. Yet it is our own present reality that holds the keys to change, fulfillment, and empowerment. You’re invited to enter a journey into silence and inner awareness to unlock your own conscious parenting and living.

Join the groundbreaking author of the Conscious Parenting approach to raising families, Dr. Shefali, for an immersive workshop on mindfulness—the practice of learning to occupy the present moment.

Led mostly through nonverbal techniques, this workshop will expose you to the fullness of inner quietude. Find your true, authentic self and create greater purpose and presence. In this workshop, you will:

  • Cultivate the skill of embracing your present reality—it requires training, commitment, and daily practice
  • Embark upon a practice of mindfulness and discover a more liberated life where you are no longer as enslaved by fear, anxiety, and conflict
  • Learn to release emotions and channel energy into positive qualities of the mind, such as compassion, empathy, tolerance, and inner connectivity
  • Use this new way of self-expression to discover a new, more holistic dimension of your being.
