Program Description

Experience the revolutionary cardio workout intenSati, created by fitness guru and mindset expert Patricia Moreno. The goal of Worrier to Warrior (WTW) training is to provide tools and strategies for you to exercise your power to choose your perception of reality, interrupt stress patterns, and consciously generate positive states that inspire new behaviors that lead to new results.

If you want to get to your next best step, thinner, healthier, fitter, more confident and empowered, you need tools to get you through the rough spots. With every change you want to achieve you will be challenged to no longer take the path of least resistance but to forge a new path, a new mindset, and a new perception of your reality and yourself.
