Program Description

Romantic love can appear to come with the promise that it will last, and that you will never again be left lonely, lost, or afraid.

When those promises are broken, the pain can be unbearable.

Are you ready to turn a painful breakup into an astonishing breakthrough?

Join us for a life-affirming weekend with Katherine Woodward Thomas, creator of Conscious Uncoupling, and David Kessler, coauthor of You Can Heal Your Heart, for a full mind-body-spirit experience to liberate you from heartache and use your breakup, betrayal, or divorce to empower you.

This carefully designed workshop will help you:

  • Have a loving experience of grief
  • Shift your perspective from one of resentment and personal failure to one of opportunity and personal power
  • Recognize emotional pain in the body—using yoga to release and heal emotional wounds
  • Evolve beyond your old painful patterns in love, so you can move forward with hope, healing, and happiness after heartbreak.

By harnessing your pain as a catalyst for a wholehearted awakening, you will smile, laugh, and love again—discover how to restore your heart to wholeness.

As part of the workshop, Paul Denniston will teach sessions on Grief Yoga for healing heartbreak. Those feelings of sadness, anger and pain often get stuck in our body. He will help teach yoga that even beginners can do to release those feelings for greater peace and happiness.
