Your life is a canvas waiting to be painted with joy, love, and fulfillment. What do you want to have, be, or do? Set it in motion—spend an inspiring weekend in light, flow, and mindfulness mode with renowned flow coaches Summer McStravick and Keith Macpherson. You’ll journey into your ease-filled life flow with a combination of mindfulness, music, movement, and Flowdreaming—a simple, precise method based on emotion and guided daydreaming.
Through light yoga, emotional reconditioning, and experiential exercises, you’ll be introduced to a potent method for cocreating your future that will delight and change you as you:
- Learn the five principles of Keith’s book, Making Sense of Mindfulness, and understand the connection between your conscious mind, unconscious mind, and higher-self creativity
- Strengthen your connection to deeper meaning, connection, rejuvenation, and balance in a safe, supportive community
- Understand how your future is formed and how to change or guide it into more fulfilling directions
- Feel your personal, unique flow—your path of least resistance and greatest reward.
Together, you will understand the unique relationship between your mind and body and create a more balanced and connected life. Gain new perspectives on what “mindfulness” actually means and how to apply it daily with real energetic steps to achieve your dreams in any area of your life. Step into the artist role and allow your deepest wishes to take root and grow.
