Program Description

Do you struggle with feelings or symptoms you can’t explain?

In this weekend workshop, Mark Wolynn, author of the award-winning book It Didn’t Start With You, shows you how the suffering of your parents and grandparents can live in your unexplained depression, anxiety, financial challenges, unhappy relationships, and even physical symptoms.

Through interactive group work and the Family Constellations process, this experiential workshop will show you how to:

  • Become a detective of your family history, uncovering the traumatic events that can affect health, success, vitality, and relationships
  • Interpret the clues in your words, feelings, symptoms, and behaviors that link to unresolved traumas
  • Use dialogue, imagery, ritual, healing sentences, and other tools based in neuroscience and designed to break the cycle.

Don’t allow the past to control the present. Experience effective ways to break inherited patterns so you can live a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life.

  • Why Attend
    • The latest epigenetic research shows that we can inherit the biological residue from traumatic events in our family history—uncover where “secondary PTSD” is informing your first-person experience.

    • Traumatic memories are transmitted through chemical changes in DNA—drawing on the latest advances in neuroscience and the science of language, this workshop is an accessible and pragmatic guide to breaking inherited family patterns.

    • Unpack your ancestry, dig deep into your history, and see the past as the past, without reliving the tragedies from previous generations. Find relief and healing where you least expect it.
