Program Description

The body is extraordinary—built to heal itself, stay healthy, and feel good. As long as we get out of its way. In this transformational and invigorating workshop with master practitioner and renowned holistic healing pioneer Donna Eden, learn how to consciously tap into this rich storehouse of natural wisdom. Support your body’s optimal vitality using energy medicine, from the inside out.

Together with her husband, clinical psychologist David Feinstein, PhD, Donna reveals unique methods designed to identify aches and pains as markers of imbalance, locate and remove specific energy blocks, and gain a better understanding of the body’s natural self-healing capacity.

Boost immune function, alleviate pain and stress, and enhance overall happiness and well-being. Through basic principles and techniques, stage demos, self-application, and floor work with partners, you will:

  • Explore subtle energies as the foundation of physical health, vitality, and happiness
  • Witness stunning demonstrations of working with energy medicine
  • Demystify concepts such as the chakras, meridians, and auras
  • Apply simple, life-changing techniques to send healing to areas that need attention and keep bodily energies in harmony.

Learn how your health concerns are a path to a harmonious relationship with your body and bring more joy and spirit back into your life. The workshop will be of special value for those in the helping and healing professions, and it’s designed for anyone interested in awakening the body’s potentials and learning to heal with energy.
