Renée Peterson Trudeau is an internationally recognized transformational coach, speaker, and president of Career Strategists, an award-winning coaching and consulting firm. Passionate about helping men and women come home to themselves through the art and science of self-care, her clients include Fortune 500 companies, national conferences, and nonprofit organizations.
Renée has been creating and facilitating experiential events for women for more than 25 years, and is on faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and Esalen.
She is the author of three best-selling books on life balance, including the award-winning The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life. A sought-after expert, Renées work has been featured in the New York Times, US News and World Report, Good Housekeeping, and Spirituality & Health.
