Bill Philipps is an internationally renowned psychic medium and author of Expect the Unexpected. He graduated from the prestigious San Francisco Conservatory of Music in vocal performance, where he learned to enhance his abilities through the vibration of music.
Attuned to the world of Spirit from an early age, Bill found his way to developing his “golden gift” after a powerful experience at age 14 following his mother’s death.
