Program Description

Everyone knows what it’s like to have a “charge” about something. The sensation might be excitement, fear, anger, or the uplift of inspiration. When positive, this feeling is buoyant and invigorating. So how do we engage that charge whenever we need it?

This embodied and experiential 5-day workshop will teach you how to send that charge through the appropriate chakras, activate your core, and hold all your energy in balance at once.

Based on Anodea Judith’s most recent book, Charge and the Energy Body, this workshop with one of the foremost Western experts on the chakra system combines yoga and bioenergetic exercises in a supportive and structured environment. You will learn, step-by-step, how to:

  • Vitalize your legs to “plug in” to the earth and access energy at all times
  • Focus and move energy through the hips and pelvis to fire up your core power
  • Expand your heart to resonate with your truth
  • Connect your vision with your highest essence.

You will not only experience the energy directly in each chakra but will also understand the integral role your life force plays at every level. Come away from the course awakened and enlivened, with a treasure trove of therapeutic exercises to nourish your life journey and exuberant spirit.
